Shipping & Delivery

For our Australian customers, your order will be shipped using the Australia Air Express method of shipment. We charge $15 to ship your order. In addition, all orders exceeding $500 will be shipped for free as will be displayed in your invoice before payment is taken.

Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, but we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped.

This ‘email’ will include a unique tracking link enabling you to view the location of your order online with www.aae.com.au. Your order will be shipped to you (within the Australia Post Australia network in 1 business day. This does not include delivery to remote rural addresses in country areas, which have the same postcode as a township in the networks.

This is applicable to orders made before 2pm AEST.

We would also like to add that any orders placed over the weekend will not be shipped until Monday.

Please note that Australian Air Express requires a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, or collection from your local Post Office.


Rest of World (Europe, Americas & Caribbean, Oceania, Asia, Africa, Middle East)

For customers that live outside of Australia, your order will be shipped by TNT. We charge $50 for shipping, but please note all orders exceeding $700 will be shipped for free as will be displayed in your invoice before payment is taken.

Unfortunately we cannot provide a specific delivery time and please do allow between 3 -5 business days for delivery. Please bear in mind that delays beyond our control can occur in customs. Moreover, your order might incur additional charges depending on the duty and tax regulations of your country of residence.

We would also like to add that we cannot post items containing exotic skins to international destinations due to customs restrictions.
